All fees paid for herbal consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted, and the service has been provided.

If you are dissatisfied with the herbal consultation service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address your issues and may offer credit or a discount for future services at our discretion.
